Greg is checking with Rebel Legion to see if they are asking it to their events. If so we will both be there
RL and MM and the rest of our sister organizations are allowed to attend. Please pass that information along.
I’ll be in town this weekend and I am trying to work my schedule to attend this event! Until I can finalize everything I’ll be a “tentative” for this one. I’ll know more in a couple of weeks.
Interested but not sure this far out of I can go. Will bring Palpatine and TIE. Kierra will bring TIE if she comes.
I will be able to make this event. My wife will be there to “handle” me.
We used to live in Carthage so this will be a fun event.

For those attending if you can list if you have any family or friends coming I need to get numbers back to the venue by the 25th so they can feed us and have tickets available. Also, feel free to bring candy and props to display on our table. I’ll be bringing some full metal replica blasters, flags, and a pit droid.
Hopefully you got counts from the other organizations. I know my husband, Greg signed up on Rebel Legion boards not sure how many others did.

OK, looks like I’m going to be able to make this event after all, needed to find a caretaker to assist my wife while I will be away at this troop, its about 2 hours from Greensboro. My son will be coming along as a Handler, he’s 15 years old. I got a few new costumes that I might bring along as well, since I cannot select them yet.
You should be able to go under your profile and add costumes as they’re approved. It won’t auto populated or update on its own.

ARKING/ARRIVAL INSTRUCTIONS:
Festival D’Avion has instructed us to proceed to the main General Admission Entrance. Let the attendant know you are with the 501st and they will let you park for free as long as you arrive before 9am otherwise parking is $5 (Designated for Charity).
If you arrive after 8:45am you CANNOT drive to our location at the hangar. You must park in General Parking (or Vendor Parking if they direct you) and walk with your gear to us – The walk is not that bad but it’s a small hike.
It will be easiest if we all meet up prior and enter the airport together. I will try and park in the nearby Harris-Teeter parking lot and will leave for the airport at approximately 8:30am. Once we get through the gate I am to contact the event organizer and he will direct us to our area. We will have to quickly drop off our stuff and then drive back to a nearby parking area no later than 9:30am as the tarmac will be live with both planes and pedestrians.
